  • Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a short intake form to learn more about your business. After you complete and return the form, we’ll begin building your custom report. Single reports are delivered within 3–7 business days. If you’ve ordered multiple reports, they’ll be delivered together and may take a bit longer depending on complexity.

  • Yes! All of our reports are built to be easy to understand and take action on—whether you’re handling things in-house or working with a provider. If you’ve purchased an Essentials Package (4+ reports) or Premium Package (6+ reports), your order includes a consultation call where we’ll walk through key findings and discuss next steps.

  • Once we receive your completed intake form, most single reports are delivered within 3–7 business days. If you’ve purchased multiple reports, they’ll all be delivered at the same time and may take longer depending on the complexity. This allows us to cross-reference the findings and provide a more strategic and cohesive analysis.
